Principle of Operation:
The detergent bar / laundry soap is fed onto the autofeed conveyor by an intermittent conveyor (not part of machine) to cutting machine / plodder or is fed manually onto the autofeed conveyor. The soap is then transferred at right angle to the infeed conveyor and passes through the cut off unit. A single length of wrapper is engaged with the soap tablet from the wrapper roll. Soap indexes through 180 degrees and soap passes through folding assembly where side folds are made. Subsequently the soap passes through heater section where centre and side seals are made. Delivery of packed soap can be flat or edgeways using collator unit for easy handling / boxing.

All parts in contact with soap are either stainless steel or coated with Teflon. Conveyor belt is of food grade quality
